To celebrate our day,
That is Republic Day.
The children of the Pre-Primary section of Witty World celebrated Republic day on 25th of January, 2022 with great fervour and enthusiasm virtually. Children were dressed to their best in tri colour hues. Republic Day is celebrated on 26th of January of every year. The importance of Republic Day was explained. It is celebrated every year across the nation. President of our country is witness to the grand Republic Day parade and he unfurls the flag at New Delhi after which he addresses the people of the nation.
Children also received information about the national symbols such as National flag, National anthem, National emblem, National bird and National animal. The Republic Day celebration included cooking activity wherein, children made tri colour fruit kebab and tri colour sandwich. The Session ended with the National Anthem and Bharat Mata ki Jai. It was surely a day filled with a patriotic feel.
