Brown Day Celebrated by Nursery Section at Witty World, Chikoowadi(2019-20)

It was literally brown everywhere in the Nursery class at Witty World, on Monday, July 29, 2019, as children and teachers both came dressed in this earthy colour, which was also reflected in all the brown coloured objects decorating the class.

The so called Eureka moment however was when the children discovered that they could mix two colours - Blue and green and create a whole new colour……BROWN!!!

Children sung various rhymes related to brown colour and teachers also narrated short stories for the same. 

What a fun and unique way of introducing children to the magical world of colours!!!

In celebration of the 20th Anniversary of The Gruffalo at WIS, Pawan Baug

In celebration of the 20th Anniversary of The Gruffalo; Witty International School, Early Childhood Association India, Crossword Bookstores Ltd. & Pan Macmillan India hosted an energetic morning of singing, dancing and storytelling with the much adored monster!  

Creative Hands - Best Out of Waste Competition by Primary Section at WIS, Pawan Baug

Creativity is intelligence having fun!

In today’s world recycling has a very important place. There are a lot of unwanted things around us. Hence, utilizing the best from unwanted things has become a generic necessity of every human’s life. Our little creative hands at Primary Section, WIS, Pawan Baug came together to make craft from the waste materials during ‘Best Out of Waste’ competition on the theme ‘Green Revolution’ held on 25th July, 2019. 
Wittians of Grade II-V participated in making their own masterpieces out of the discarded materials. This competition aimed to help our students develop a sense of love for the environment and to think creatively. 
Students showed the best example of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle!” A variety of materials were made by the students such as wall clock, water dispenser, rain water harvesting tank, photo frame, handbag etc. They displayed their creative streak with amazing ideas using waste materials. These little hands and creative minds captivated our judges too! It was a delight to watch this burst of creative energy and it definitely inspired our kids to make our future – Greener!

National Parents Day celebrated at WIS, Udaipur

National Parents’ Day

“A day in a year is not enough to be thankful for the sacrifices our parents make 365 days.”
Parents’ Day is an opportunity to cherish all parents around the world for their selfless commitment to children and the sacrifices they have made throughout their lives to cultivate this relationship.
By emphasizing the essential role of parents in the education of children, WIS, Udaipur, celebrated National Parents’ Day with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Wittians of grade I to V actively participated in an activity wherein they created handmade photo frame for their family picture. This activity was conducted to emphasize and showcase essential role of parents in the family and to grow in a healthy family environment with happiness, love and understanding.

Feild trip to Reliance Digital Store at WIS, Udaipur

Field Trips are important to help bridge the gap between education and hands-on experience.
On 31st  July 2019, Wittians of Sr.KG at Witty International School, Udaipur were taken for a field trip to the ‘Reliance Digital Store’. The store exhibits a wide and latest collection of phenomenal electronics gadgets and household appliances such as, refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines etc. Students were shown different electronic sections and were  introduced to various machines used at home in our daily life, along with their  importance and respective uses. Kids enjoyed watching various gadgets and home appliances and easily related them to their daily routine  life. It was an educative and informative field trip.
