Commemorating Nation's Independence
‘Nothing is more precious than Independence and Liberty.’
To commemorate Nation’s 73rd Independence, Witty International School celebrated 15th August, 2019, with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour saluting the heroes who embraced martyrdom to achieve the precious sovereignty.
The auspicious day commenced with the unfurling of the tricolour by the esteemed Director, Ms. Preeti Sogani and Principal, Ms. Deepa Chakravorty followed by the National Anthem sung in unison.
The joyous day unfolded with patriotic panorama including a soulful rendition by the students of Grade VI to VIII celebrating the valuable legacy of Independence. The spectacular celebration for the day continued with a phenomenal patriotic performance by the students of Grade VIII. The supporting staff of the school evoked patriotic sentiments through their song.
The Director, Ms. Preeti Sogani urged the future leaders to respect and uphold the Nation’s dignity and integrity. The entire campus reverberated with patriotic fervour.
