Math-O-Fun Competition at WIS Bhilwara (04.12.2013)
"IF you are able to solve
the problems in MATHS, then you are also able to solve the problems in your
life"
"MATHS
IS A GREAT CHALLENGER"
Children
are not limited on what they can do when they have mathematical skills because
to a mathematician, "real life" is a special case.
One
of the biggest benefit of math activities is that they build interest in
learning students who spend time using manipulatives have a better attitude
towards math. Maths is the content area that deals with nothing but numbers. So
to sharpen the brain of our little wittians "Math-O-Fun" activity was
conducted in the school in which students of Grade I to IV participated with
enthusiasm.

World Disability Day Celebrated at WIS Bhilwara (03.12.2013)
"Disability
is a matter of perception. If you can do just one thing well, you're needed by
someone." - By Martina Navratilova
December 3rd is the International Day of persons
with disabilities. This celebration created by the United Nations seeks to
celebrate the over billion people worldwide living with some kind of
disability.
Many people ask themselves, why to celebrate or
commemorate this date, if disability is not a welcomed thing. But, for us, this
day is not about celebrating disability, but to realise that such people are
differently abled.
Living with a disability is not a scholarship to
heaven, but is certainly a path for learning to value our lives, loving the
small things.
So, on 3rd December, 2013 Wittians
presented speech, poem and quotes to make everyone aware that we don't celebrate
disability but the ability that is hidden within and makes uniquely able to all
of those who live with a disability, because -
"Living
with a disability, doesn't make people disabled"

"World Computer Literacy Day" celebrated at WIS Bhilwara (02.12.2011)
The
fusion of automatic calculation with programmability was the first recognizable
computers made by Charles Babbage in 1837. It is almost impossible to think
about today's world without computers. Computer literacy is the knowledge and
the ability to use the computer technology efficiently in daily life.
Incorporating computer education in schools can inspire students to undertake
careers in technology and enhance their understanding in computer related
softwares. Keeping this in mind, students from Grade I to IV celebrated
"World Computer Literacy Day" in school. They were informed about the
history of this day and uses of computer in every aspect of life. A small quiz
was organized in assembly to recall their knowledge in computers.

equipped and stimulating environment which allows them many opportunities for
exploration and discovery through play and play based activities. So that's why

the school premise. The little birdies with the colourful costumes of birds danced
on the Birdie song composed by Werner Thomas later introduced by United States
where the people wanted to demonstrate their love through dance It was great to
see the little ones dancing like birdies and parents supporting and giving
confidence to their kids by dancing with them The students of Sr.kg expressed
their feelings for birds by reciting rhymes related to birds. Mrs. Kumud Vyas
congratulated the little ones for their confidence and appreciated the parents
